Welcome to the page dedicated to our returns and refunds policy.
By law, we are required to offer a return and refund service for orders within EU.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product, without an explanation for the reason of return.
Following are the terms and conditions, and the process of returning your order.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTURCTIONS, TO REMAIN ELIGLIBLE FOR A REFUND!!
Terms and Conditions:
1. The products you received that you would like to return, MUST be in perfect condition, as received, brand new, unused, unworn, unwashed.
2. Each item must be individually wrapped in bubble wrap and finally placed in a cardboard box (multiple items can share a cardboard box), or stiff envelope, to be safe from damage during transport.
3. I ship all my products with DHL. I will issue a return label which I will email to you, and a DHL representative will come to receive the parcel.
4. SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE RETURN, ARE THE CUSTOMERS' RESPONSIBILITY. The cost of shipping the return will be at YOUR EXPENSE.
5. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER I RECEIVE THE RETURN PARCEL. As soon as I receive the returned items and see that all items are present and in the condition I shipped them, you will be refunded the amount you paid, SUBTRACTED THE AMOUNT IT COST FOR THE RETURN LABEL OF DHL.
(DHL charges the return to my account, since I am the one issuing the label. I will have paid that so I will withhold it from the refund amount).
6. Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receiving your order. After requesting to return the item, you must complete the process within the next 14 days.
7. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
